From the front lines right up to the strategic teams he has gathered unique experience in what it takes to build successful video centric products and solutions to power today’s connected businesses.

Antonia Alonzo
Antonia worked for Time Inc. (UK) (formerly IPC Media) for 6 years, first in the print publishing side of the business and then moving to digital. She was Video Business Manager across all UK brands and was the original customer of Watching That.

Erica Crossen Venuto
Erica brings 20+ years of Online Media experience and 15+ years specifically in Video and CTV/OTT space. Her proven track record of building and managing world class Customer Experience organizations ensures that Watching That customers will see significant success as they progress in their journey with us.

Morgan Callue
Morgan has 5+ years experience working with Editorial, Social and Commercial teams as a Data Analyst at both large business and start ups. Her background as a Data Analyst has given her experience in building custom and insightful reports that suit the needs of different roles throughout the business.

Dan Caragea
Dan has worked as a web developer for more than 10 years specialising in big scale projects, multi-server setups, Heroku, CDN, high availability, optimization, cloud computing (Amazon S3, EC2, CloudFront), Node.js and React.js.

Luc Benyon
Luc has over a decade of experience in marketing, content and communications in the advertising industry - including experience at video intelligence, MCH Group and D&AD. He writes on media and branding for Branding Mag, and New Digital Age. He lives in Scotland with his family and the rain.

Dan Adams
Dan is a commercial lawyer and seasoned deal-maker with over 17 years of negotiating strategic partnerships with media companies, sports rights holders and publishers. Experience in launching startups including REVL, an event discovery app, Livestation, a live streaming video company and Pollonize, a native video ad tech platform.
