Watching That has today announced two new key appointments for 2023.

Erica Crossen Venuto – CXO

Erica Crossen HeadshotErica Crossen Venuto will assume the role of Chief Experience Officer, overseeing the entire customer journey from sale through renewal for some of the world’s top streaming customers including Channel 4, A+E Networks, and Discovery.

Crossen joined Watching That in 2021 following a long tenure at Brightcove, and today’s announcement solidifies her reputation as one of the best Customer Experience professionals in the video space.

“Erica’s combination of experience in the video sector and in Ad Ops makes her a perfect person to lead relationships with our customers.” said Watching That’s Co-Founder and COO Antonia Alonzo.

Luc Benyon – Director of Marketing

Luc Square CropLuc Benyon has been appointed as Global Director of Marketing. Benyon previously ran marketing for video intelligence AG, based in Zurich, Switzerland, culminating in its acquisition by Outbrain in 2022.

He will lead the Watching That marketing team as it grows its customer base, and develops its brand presence through 2023.

“Luc knows our sector inside-out, and with his experience leading a video brand, is well set-up to drive the growth we expect in 2023” Said Alonzo.

In 2022 Watching That collected, stored, processed and made actionable insights from over 130 Billion Ad Avails, and nearly doubled the volume of data processed from the year prior.
